Random Quotes

"Just like children, anyone who regularly engages in the work of art develops a life filled with wonder, yearning, flow, and serious play all over the place. Is that childish? To me, it is the definition of being mature."
– Eric Booth, The Everyday Work of Art

I've dipped in and out of this book for a few years now-- time to sit down and read it straight through.

I only just got a chance to read about your day. I always like peeping into other people's lives.
You get the prize for being up earlier than me.
Yes, your day sounds wonderful and fulfilling.
Glad your son likes to cook - of course with sugar and butter -they taste so wonderful.

Hi Diana-- Yes-- I need another lifetime to read and re-read everything I want. Glad you liked the quote. I fall easily for good quotes. :-)

Elizabeth-- Well cool, then I'll have no problem sightseeing when I come to visit someday! ;-)

Ahh, the cooking. Problem is, he makes all this good stuff and then I'm left alone with it during the day...
