One Happy Donkey

Artists and fellow bloggers Frank Gardner and Christine Mercer-Vernon created donkeys this week in celebration of our right and responsibility to vote for what we believe in. They invited everyone to take part, so here's mine. Yep, she's a happy gal!

I'll second what Frank said in his post, "...here's to a better future for ALL of us."

Well that DOES look like one happy donkey Jennifer!
Love the light of a new day dawning!
The mood fits right in with your style of this piece. Love the lines in the sky and the way they seem to emote excitement.
Great color.

Thanks, Elizabeth! She hasn't been this hopeful in a long time! :-)

And thanks, Alicia! Yes, a new horizon alright. When they announced the results on Tuesday night I kept thinking-- wow, from yesterday to today-- what a difference a day makes!
