Waiting for Godot, Feline Edition

Yep... kind of what publishing feels like some days, too....

Here's an excellent post about writing and waiting over at Kristi Holl's blog that helps put it in perspective. I might have to wallpaper my studio with this...

Thanks, Angela! They are sisters... maybe that's obvious...

Thanks so much for the "plug" for my "waiting" article. I appreciate it! I really do think waiting well is an art form. 8-)

Hi Kristi- You're very welcome! The article (and your blog) are truly helpful and encouraging. We all could use a little of that sometimes! :-)

Cats. Oh cats. I'd be lost and alone without mine...

They are my muses, my amusement and my protectors. They are my little buddhist monks reminding me to remain in the moment and aware. And they are always in front of me, trying to trip me when it's dark or I'm carrying something down the stairs...

: D

Thanks, Elizabeth and Alicia!

Susan- I love your cat description! Hmmm... mine remind me to clean up after myself (so I don't have little kitty footprints in my artwork), and to be patient while I'm waiting... and that naps are a good thing. :-)
