Moonface

Another sketch for a new piece.

Now that I'm eye-to-chin with my oldest it seems like oh so long ago that my kids were this small. (And when are boys supposed to start shaving, by the way??)

Ohhh love this sketch. I can already picture it with your lovely shades of yellows. And the dog is so cute with that scruffy hair.

Shaving??!!! Oh wow... I don't want to go there. My son is 10 and each day I'm surprised to see him, he's grown so much. But those days you are talking about... ohh, I'm afraid of those, and not looking forward to them :o)

Thanks, Alicia!

Well, mine's not much older... and he grew about 6 inches in one year. I used to be afraid of teenagers, too... but you know-- they are really and truly interesting! :-)

He, he.. yes they are interesting. I remember having this feeling of being such an awkward stage. And everything was so intense... no grays, just blacks and whites.

Looks like another good one Jennifer. I hate to think of what will happen when my daughter gets that big.

I like seeing the piece from Sam Bennett's New Shoes too.

Thanks, Frank!

Yep, the older they get the more you realize how little control you really have. But really, they're a lot of fun. (Though I never believed people when they used to tell me that! ;-)
