If you click in the box that contains the "Embed" link, a dialog should drop down that allows you to choose the content that is included, the colors of the borders, and the movie's size. After you make your selections, copy the "Embed" link and past it into your post text box. I think the 480x295 fits best in Blogger templates.

Hope that helps!
Hi Tom-- I tried that about 4 times and it's still doing the same thing. Hmmm... computer weirdness. Thanks anyway!
Try this...
Select and copy the "Embed" tag HTML at YouTube (making sure you have selected the 480x295 size movie in the dialog), then...
Click the HTML tab on your post and select the html from "< object..." to "< /object >", then paste the YouTube html over it.
Maybe that will work.
BTW, I am using Firefox on a Mac. I tried Safari, but YouTube comes up funky in that browser now.
