Good one. And, I always wondered who drew the maps of the cuts of beef. Now I know. You seem to get a lot of map jobs. Are most of these recent, or are they from a number of years?
Well Frank, this is my first beef map! Most of these are recent, within the last couple of months. I usually mention when they're older or from a few years ago.
Yep-- I do lots of maps. It's my bread and butter work.
Very funny.
ReplyDeleteIf you hadn't mentioned anything I probably wouldn't have noticed anything.......
Cool cow!

It took me a few minutes, too, Elizabeth!

ReplyDeleteI'm better with hamburger, myself... heh heh!
ReplyDeleteBoth of these maps are edifying. I've never known my way around a butchered steer either, Christine.
ReplyDeleteHa! Good word, Julie! ;-)
ReplyDeleteThe comment -- hilarious. Sooooo perfect.
